Signal Group Oy has changed its name Signal Operations Oy. Meanwhile in the background of the company
The name of the holding company has been changed to Signal Group Oy.
The aim of the change is to make the structure of the Signal group clearer than before and
support the company's strong growth in the future too.
In future, the names will simply describe the roles of the companies:
– Signal Group Oy acts as the parent company of the group, under which the Signal companies
ownerships and any future business operations are built.
– Signal Operations Oy reply regarding the current operations of the Signal brand
of business, personnel and customer relationships.
In practice, it is primarily a matter of the legal corporate structure and names
clarification. Signalling business, services and day-to-day operations continue
normally, and the change does not affect customer relationships or cooperation.
At the same time, the new structure gives us a clearer foundation for the future. Once the group
ownership and operational business have been separated in the companies' names as well,
the structure is easier to understand for employees, customers as well as
for partners too.
Signal Group brings the whole together. Signal Operations focuses on,
what we do every day.
The change is part of Signal's development and preparation for the next phases of growth.
