Konepalvelu Kuivas Oy and BLC Telecom Oy have signed a cooperation agreement on the construction of a fibre optic network in the Kontiolahti area using the KVR model. The agreement covers the design, construction and commissioning of the connections. The network to be built will provide fibre access to approximately 1000 customers. The worksite will be completed during 2025.
