A reporting channel for suspected misconduct

Signal Group provides a confidential reporting channel through which group employees, partners, customers and other stakeholders can raise concerns about possible misconduct or unethical behaviour. The channel covers all companies in the group.

Who is the channel for?

The reporting channel is open to anyone who has noticed or suspects something in the activities of the group or its companies that may be:

• against the law or official regulations
• in conflict with the group’s values or operating principles
• ethically questionable.

We encourage group employees to discuss the matter with their own manager first, but the reporting channel offers an alternative and safe way to raise it.

How to report

We encourage you to describe what you observed as precisely as possible so that the matter can be investigated effectively. All reports made in good faith are taken seriously and handled impartially.

Please do not include unnecessary personal data in your report.

Confidentiality is guaranteed

We guarantee that the identity of the person reporting is protected and that reports are handled confidentially. The reporting system is secured and encrypted, and communication remains anonymous unless the person reporting wishes otherwise.

How are reports handled?

We are committed to ensuring that no one who reports in good faith suffers any negative consequences. Reports are handled as follows:

1. The report is received and recorded.
2. The seriousness and credibility of the report are assessed.
3. The matter is reported to group management with recommended actions.
4. Management decides on further action. No one may handle a report that concerns themselves.
5. Every report leads to an investigation proportionate to its seriousness.
6. Where necessary, the matter is referred to the authorities or external help is used in the investigation.

Reports are kept for the period required by law, after which personal data is anonymised or deleted entirely.
